2. Nature of Advisory Services
SettleInEurope functions as an independent higher education consultancy. Our services encompass academic profile evaluation, university and course shortlisting, Statement of Purpose (SOP) review, and procedural guidance for university and consular visa submissions.
SettleInEurope is not a visa granting authority, nor do we operate as an official administrative arm of any European foreign mission, consulate, or sovereign educational department.
3. Student Responsibility for Truthful Disclosure
Students and parents are solely responsible for ensuring that all academic transcripts, marksheets, certificates, financial sponsorship records, and identity documents submitted during the application process are authentic, unaltered, and genuine. SettleInEurope does not endorse, verify, or tolerate fraudulent documents or deceptive declarations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Final admission decisions, scholarship disbursements, visa approvals, and border entry decisions are determined solely by the respective independent universities and national immigration authorities. SettleInEurope shall not be liable for rejected applications, visa refusals, changes in immigration policies, or travel disruptions outside our control.
